Prominent US Senator, himself a strident critic of TSA, is detained by them at airport -- BREAKING NEWS

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, son of the presidential candidate, was detained at the Nashville airport when he refused to submit to an unconstitutional full-body "pat-down."

He doesn't need a pat-down to enter the United States Capitol!! TSA sez he wasn't detained: what is this, 1984 Newspeak??? The word is in the dictionary, TSA *** Look it up!!!!!!
  • When is a detention not a detention??!!
  • TSA claims that travel is a PRIVILEGE -- not a right, contrary to the 9th Article of the Bill of Rights.
  • That Article says that any rights not expressly mentioned therein are implicitly included and guaranteed to "the People."
  • That would include the right to breathe, to scratch your butt, to sleep, to drive -- you know, the basics!!!
  • The Constitution doesn't give the government the power to grant privileges! The right to travel by any means has been recognized by Common Law since the days of the Magna Carta.
  • The USA is a republic, not a monarchy -- we don't get privileges except from our parents or our employers or our organizations -- private associations. We are born with God-given unalienable rights, "among which are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness!"
  • Question self-styled authorities!!!!

  • And, as a member of Congress, Senator Paul is accorded the PRIVILEGE of not being arrested during the course of his duties. CLICK HERE
